1. Artwork: All artwork is produced by me and only me. I work in an anime style only. I do no use or support AI, nor do I consent to the use of it for AI or for NFTs (so please do not ask).2. Character References: I will require references of your character’s design. If you do not have a reference sheet or other complete character references, I do offer a character design package where I will work with you to design your model from scratch.3. Payment Schedule: The price will be agreed upon prior to start of the commission. I take payments through Paypal. Payments are divided into installments of 50% each. The first half will be due upon the completion of the sketch phase, and the second installment will be due before receiving the final product.4. Progression and Changes: During the sketch phase, you will receive a sketch for approval (before inking.) If you have changes, they can be made at this time. Once inking has begun, the design will be considered final. After which, the only changes that will be accepted are minor tweaks such as adjustments to color.5. Commissions are NOT first come first served. I may refuse a commission for any reason I choose. Every artist has their strengths and I like to pick projects that give the best results for both me and the client. If I don't think I am right for the model, I will turn it down.6. - pinups style outfits are ok (swimsuits, lingerie, etc must fit the twitch TOS requirements)
- doll like joints or simple mecha are okI do NOT do:- NSFW
- masculine/ male characters (I only will do them in chibi)
- shota/loli (chibi is fine)
- distorted proportions
- gore
- furryNOTE: Also please, if your design was designed by another artist make sure that you have full rights to use it as your own.7. Timeline: I will send you regular progress updates though the project. Please be respectful of the process and refrain from bombarding me with dms. I do work as quickly as I can, but I am only human; and would like to send you a great product. I will be able to give you a rough timeline for completion when I take on your commission and I will have a progress report on my trello so you can see where you are in the queue.There is an additional 25% fee for if I can't work on stream or show in prior to debut as it does effect how I lay out my work schedule.Most products have Commercial Rights included but some do not with the option of adding it (additional cost of 50%) . They are specified in their commission forms. There are (6.25% MA sales tax) sales taxes included after total when you receive the invoice.And thank you for commissioning me!!! :D
